For outdoor use, or the high temperature demands of pizza ovens or other cooking applications, we recommend Heat Stop 50. Heat Stop 50 can be used for creating the pizza oven dome and is good for applications where temperatures in excess of 2000° are expected. It meets and exceeds ASTM C-199, ASTM C-1283, ASTM E-136.
